1. General Overview & Basis of Agreement

3. Age Verification & Minor Protection

The minimum age to participate on Bagee is 18. Bagee does not fully activate any account without age verification.

At any stage of registration, Bagee may request a copy of your National ID (NID), birth certificate, or passport. This information will be used solely for age verification and will be stored securely.

If an account is confirmed to belong to a minor, it will be closed immediately and any credited bonuses will be forfeited. Deposited funds may be returned at Bagee's sole discretion.

4. Deposit Policy

Deposits on Bagee can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200, and the maximum is subject to daily and monthly limits.

• Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• If your deposit has not arrived within 30 minutes, please contact support — have your transaction reference ready.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted. Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• If a deposit is suspected to have been made for fraudulent purposes, Bagee may place a hold on the transaction.

Bagee does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own charges — this depends on the respective service provider's policies.

5. Withdrawal Rules & Timeframes

Bagee aims to process withdrawals as quickly as possible. Withdrawal requests to bKash or Nagad are typically completed within 3–10 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is determined by your account verification level.
• Withdrawals must be made to your registered mobile number.
• If you have a bonus balance, you cannot make a withdrawal until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been completed.
• If unusual withdrawal patterns are detected, Bagee may temporarily place a hold on the transaction for verification purposes.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds generally become withdrawable after being wagered a specified number of times.

7. Betting Rules & Result Determination

All game outcomes on Bagee are determined by a third-party RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealers in accordance with international standards. No outcome is predetermined or manipulated.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted midway due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet is also cancelled and the stake is refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Bagee reserves the right to void the affected bet.

8. Prohibited Activities & Penalties

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bagee, and any violation will result in immediate action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to access or hack another player's account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Misusing a bonus or claiming the same bonus more than once.
• Harassing or insulting other players.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

9. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Bagee reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or close any account at any time without prior notice — especially where a breach of these Terms is suspected.

If you wish to close your account, simply contact support and it will be done. In the case of voluntary closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.

• Inactive accounts (no activity for more than 12 months) may be suspended automatically.
• If you request self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming, it will be activated immediately.
